It is stable enough.
It has two compartments.
It looks professional.
You can store brushes on the outside ring.
Holds an adequate amount of water (just).
However, having said all that:
There are some negatives.
It is hard to clean because of the ridges built into the bottom, and I do not know why they put them there.
It is expensive when you consider a cottage cheese container or two works just as well. Hard to clean is the drawback that I find hard to overcome. It only takes a brush and hot water and soap and 3 or 4 minutes to clean, but those are wasted minutes in my humble opinion. I'd rather be painting.
