(More customer reviews)I love these rubbing plates and have since ordered several more patterns. They are sturdy enough to allow consistent pattern even with slight variations in pressure. The Curves series are beautiful and work well for background details as well as highlighted on fabric pieces. I found that pastels, crayons, and even soft lead worked really well with the Cedar Canyon plates. I highly recommend them.

Rubbing Plates, Curves. Rubbing Plates are sets of black plastic textured material that can be used to transfer designs to fabric. Be sure to try making rubbings from both sides-sometimes the back is more interesting than the front. Set of six, each plate a different Curve design. 7-1/8 x 7-1/8 inches.
