BIG FAT LIES by companies, I am fed up with it! there is no WAY, NO WAY, Marvy Uchida tested this and did not know it IS NOT PUFFY, EVER, in any way, shape, or form! That means, they knew, they lied, and they marketed it as Puffy anyway. They are usually a mid-quality company, that for a decent price, or with a discount, you can get a decent product, but this is THE WORST. I tried this on scrapbook paper, notebook paper & post-its (to stop wasting my good paper on testing it), vellum, and photo paper. NO PUFF!!! Let me correct myself, there was one letter that puffed,in black, and I have no idea why, it was in the middle of a word and it was a "P" and only the stem puffed, not the circle part. I can use it for writing on cards or scrapbooks but none of the three colors I bought puffed, and velvet? Okay the black was slightly fuzzy but the others had no velvet quality in any way - white and red were like rich, bright white and red markers.
On thin paper, it soaks in and spreads so make sure you only use it on thick paper or you'll ruin the project completely.
