(More customer reviews)I purchased this set for my 14 year old niece. She is extremely talented and primarily works with acrylics and sketch pencils. When she mentioned her interest in trying out watercolors, I ordered this set for her. She was beyond thrilled to receive it and immediately began using it. Some of the art she's created with this set is phenomenal. She loves the fact that it has a sketch easel attached to the box and its own carrying bag. When I asked her if the paint was easy to use, etc. she told me that it was really great and that she really liked them. I would encourage anyone that is starting out in watercolors to purchase this. It's of great quality and has endured a 14 year old's "abuse" of carrying it around everywhere she goes. Keep in mind the box is made of wood. Although it's wood, it is a little lower quality than a higher end set. In this range of artist sets, it is a wonderful product.
