I followed the manufactures directions to a "T" and I also spoke to a Krylon rep. on the best way to prep./prepare the metal. This product might glow inside, but NOT outside, it SUCKS!!! If i was to speek to a Krylon rep. again, I would tell them to take this product off the market!!!
