This year our first grade used this very tissue to make hands (hundreds) to glue on a huge butterfly shape to form the giant creature with it, used it to cover pinatas, used it in squares on tiny butterflies, made stained glass (kind of) window designs, made under the sea bleeding watery designs, collages, portraits. So much.
It's thin, it's capable of becoming 3-D floral, just a great addition to the program. We've used 10 packages. In a year. A terrific thing to pick up and send in to a school, or toss into a box with crayolas and some other supplies for that child you know, love and want to enrich. Try The Pinata Maker for a way to take this into a fun art project.
