(More customer reviews)I work a lot in watercolor and gouache, so a good, low tack masking tape is critical for creating sharp edges. Although Scotch calls this a low tack tape and claims that it will not pull up paint when removed, I found that to be untrue. Not only does it damage the paper and paint surfaces I work on, it also leaves a residue of glue on the page which resists color and sticks to facing pages (when I'm working in a sketchbook or journal. There are much better alternatives out there. Be good to your artwork and leave this stuff on the shelf!
